EQUITY is a non-custodial interface. You connect a wallet you control, and you sign every transaction yourself. There is no account to create, no password, and no identity check. This page describes exactly what the service records, why, and what it never asks for.
What we record
To credit cashback to the wallet that paid a fee, the service stores the following, all of which is already public on the blockchain:
- Your wallet address, as the recipient of a fee and of any cashback owed to it.
- Transaction hashes, block numbers and timestamps of swaps that paid a platform fee.
- The fee token and amount, and the USD value assigned to it at the time it was credited.
- Claims you sign: the stocks chosen, the split, the amount, the deadline, and your signature.
- Which stock you selected as your default cashback asset, with the signature that set it.
A claim signature is what authorises the vault to buy stocks for you, so it is kept as the record of that authorisation.
What we never collect
- Your seed phrase or private keys. No part of EQUITY will ever ask for them, and anyone who does is attempting to steal from you.
- Your name, address, email, phone number or identity documents.
- Custody of your funds. Swaps settle from your wallet, and cashback is delivered only to the wallet that signed the claim.
Technical data
Our servers process your IP address to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse of the interface. It is held only for as long as the rate-limit window, is not written to the database, and is not linked to your wallet address. Standard server logs may record request metadata for operational purposes.
Third parties
When you use the interface, requests reach the following independent services, each with its own policy:
- A routing provider, which prices and builds the swap. Requests are made from our servers; your IP is not passed to it.
- A blockchain RPC provider, contacted directly by your browser to read balances and submit transactions. It will see your IP address and wallet address.
- Your wallet provider, and — if you connect that way — WalletConnect, which relays the connection between your wallet and this site.
- Our hosting provider, which operates the servers this interface runs on.
Blockchain data is permanent
Transactions on Robinhood Chain are public and cannot be edited or erased by us or by anyone else. Deleting our records would not remove them from the chain. Anyone can inspect the vault and see the fees it received and the stocks it delivered.
Retention and your rights
Cashback records are kept for as long as a balance may be claimed, and afterwards as a record that it was paid. If you would like a copy of what is stored against your wallet address, or believe something is incorrect, contact us and we will respond. Note that we cannot delete records of unclaimed balances without also destroying your claim to them, and we cannot alter the blockchain.
Cookies
The interface stores your wallet connection state so that the site remembers you are connected between visits. There is no advertising, tracking or analytics cookie.
