Terms of Service
Last updated 19 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the EQUITY interface, operated by EQUITY. By connecting a wallet and using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What EQUITY is
EQUITY is a front-end to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It is non-custodial: it never holds your funds, never takes control of your wallet, and cannot move your assets. Every transaction is signed by you and executed by contracts we do not operate on your behalf.
Fees and cashback
- A platform fee of 0.45% of the swap output is charged on top of any network and liquidity fees, and is paid to the EQUITY CashbackVault.
- 0.3% of the swap output is credited back to the wallet that paid it. The remainder is retained by EQUITY.
- Cashback becomes claimable once your credited balance reaches $5.
- Cashback is credited in USD terms and paid in tokenized stocks you select. The amount of stock you receive depends on its price at the moment the claim executes, which will differ from the price when you swapped.
- Fees are credited only for swaps sent directly to the router by your own wallet. Swaps routed through third-party aggregators or smart-account batching may not be recognised.
We may change the fee or the cashback rate. Any change applies to swaps made after it takes effect, and never to a balance you have already accrued.
Tokenized stocks
The assets delivered as cashback are tokens on Robinhood Chain that track the price of underlying securities. They are issued by third parties, not by us. Holding one is not the same as holding the share itself: it does not, in itself, carry shareholder rights such as voting, and your ability to redeem it depends entirely on its issuer.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for any tax arising from them.
Risks you accept
- Prices move. A token may lose value, including all of it.
- Smart contracts can contain defects. Audits reduce risk, they do not remove it.
- Transactions are irreversible. A swap or claim cannot be undone once confirmed.
- Liquidity may be insufficient to execute a swap or claim at an acceptable price, and a claim may fail if the price moves past the minimum the contract enforces.
- If you lose access to your wallet, you lose access to your funds and to any unclaimed cashback. We cannot recover either.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your wallet and recovery phrase secure. We will never ask for them.
- Verify what you are signing. Your wallet shows you the transaction before you approve it.
- Use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so. You are responsible for compliance with the rules that apply to you, and you confirm you are not subject to sanctions that would prohibit your use.
- Do not attempt to manipulate the cashback mechanism, including by generating swaps for the purpose of extracting fees rather than trading.
We may withhold cashback that we reasonably determine was generated through manipulation of the mechanism rather than genuine trading activity.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the interface will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, nor that quotes or displayed prices will be accurate. The vault includes an emergency pause; if it is activated, claims will not execute until it is lifted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQUITY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, tokens or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
